Try Uploadcare for file uploads. It has a nice embeddable button, friendly UI with options to choose from: Google Drive, Dropbox, taking a photo, uploading from computer, etc. All customizable and free — you can go far with the basic plan.
You should be able to take the Uploadcare’s generatedd URL and store it in a custom field

If you're using Webflow, you should be able to upload files natively. I think it requires a paid plan, though - can't remember which one.
Yeah on a normal form I can but memberstack doesn’t it doesn’t submit. Need a work around because we need to collect resumes.
You should be able to store the file URLs on memberstack, but yeah, not the files themselves. Those will be stored by Webflow
