How to build a Fiverr-style header with scroll animations and dynamic color changes? Answered
https://fiverr.com has anyone ever built the header like fiverr has? I'm not that great unfortunatley with:
Search bas shows after scrolling
under search bar shows after scrolling
header/nav_bar color changes to white with scrolling

So the header itself is pretty static - what you could do hear is have 2 nav bars - one that's in the hero, and another which reveals after it has scrolled down a bit. Then you could add search bar and anything else!
