How to build a Upwork-style site and a dashboard to track users' activity across a system using Airtable and team accounts? Answered

I am helping someone with a Upwork-like website.
-Client posts a Job.
-Freelancer applies.
Now client should be able to see who applied to the job.
How would I do that?

I already made it so user that applies to the job is added to a multi-referece field.

We’re using Airtable and Zapier.

They want to be able to see on the website, or by email?

If the website, then you should have that multi reference collection list somewhere on the page and make it so only the person who posted the job can see it

Using member ID - one good example is here in this template https://webflow.com/made-in-webflow/website/crm-app-template?gspk=ZHVuY2FuaGFtcmE1MTg5&gsxid=pSv7JQnMVVgU&utm_medium=affiliate

With team accounts, is there a way for team owners to see what activity the team are doing. So we have code that lets people save and complete tutorials, idea would be for owners to have a dashboard to see what people are completing. Or just do it all custom code

There is not. Because activity is no unique across sites we did not add that functionality yet. So custom code is the way to go.
