What's the best way to store Calendly data to be displayed in Webflow? Answered

I'm trying to figure out the best way to store session info created when a client books a new session in Calendly. Clients can create up to 8 bookings a month depending on how much they're paying. The general consensus on the internet seems to be that I should use Zapier to add the session info to Airtable. I'm pretty new to Memberstack and Airtable so I'm at a loss for what's the best way to do this. The client info is currently being stored in Memberstack. Is there any way to do this in Memberstack or do I need to create an Airtable that updates Memberstack?

Ultimately I'm looking to display the client's info (ex: # of sessions remaining, upcoming session date and times) on the dashboard so I'm also confused how I'd call that data from Airtable in Webflow. Any advice would be appreciated!

    Hey Lexi Yan 👋

You could use Memberstack as the data store for this 👍 It might be easier to use Airtable + Memberstack, but I have not tried to do what you are describing before.

Either way, you'll want the number of remaining calls to end up stored in Memberstack (probably in a custom field) so you can access it easily when the member is logged in.

If you haven't already, I recommend checking out our MemberScripts page. It might give you some ideas/inspiration as to what's possible with a bit of custom code in the front-end. https://www.memberstack.com/memberscripts
