I am trying to include the native HTML date picker widget in my custom Memberstack 2.0 signup form and it's not populating in Memberstack. Is there any reason the native picker should not work?

You need to set the Memberstack Data attribute to the HTML widget.
Figured it out! The attribute needs to be set inside the HTML embed, not in the Webflow UI....
