How to connect Kajabi member actions to Memberstack plan updates through Zapier without Member ID errors? Answered

Julian Galluzzo question.

We want to be able to upgrade/downgrade a member´s plan based on his actions on a third party platform (KAJABI) using zapier.
It should be a straight forward zap but somehow I´m having issues with the Member ID (see video and screenshot of the error message we get)
