Domain settings & Members cancellation Answered
Julian Galluzzo We´re finally going live with our memberstack site next week. We have a question.
- The dev site we have now is on a different URL from webflow. We will publish everything on our lxarch.com url over the weekend. Do we need to do anything on memberstack?

Awesome!! And nope, the only things you should have to do are make sure you have a payed plan and also add your domain in the settings
Awesome 🙂 Thanks Julian Galluzzo
No problem!! Good luck with launch
Julian Galluzzo one more question:
How do we allow a member to cancel their free plan from our website?
Do you have any tutorial handy?
I do not have one handy! However, there are 2 ways I would say to do this:
The first one is the least code, the second one is probably the best performance!
You can also use the data-ms-plan:remove=“YOUR_PLAN_ID” to do this 👍 How many free plans do you have?
cc Tao De La Torre Sola I forgot to tag you in above message
Duncan Hamra thanks for the answer.
We have 3 free plans.
Should we just have a button that triggers data-ms-plan:remove=“YOUR_PLAN_ID”?
Hey Tao, then you’ll need to create 3 different “Cancel” buttons. One for each plan. And then Memberstack will show or hide them depending on which plan the user has. Be sure to replace YOUR_PLAN_ID with the actual plan ID in Memberstack. https://docs.memberstack.com/hc/en-us/articles/17265502821275
Thanks Duncan Hamra will give it a try.
BTW: congratulations for such a great product and support. One of the most surprising software experiences we´ve had lately.
