There is literally no tutorials on how to make a dashboard displaying courses and what should we use, webflow cms or what??

We don't have direct tutorials on that at the moment - since Memberstack is a more general solutions which works with hundreds of different use cases, we don't have tutorials for all use cases (not yet, at least). Although, there are two templates we have here which can help:
