Connecting Memberstack Signup to Azure Open Directory Answered

Hello:

When new members sign up to our platform, we want the new user (external) to be automatically connected / added to our Azure Open Directory. Zapier has a zap for this action but we cannot get it to connect.

Any recommendations or guidance on how to do this? Thanks very much.

    Hey Josh Pettingill 👋

To automatically connect or add new members to your Azure Open Directory when they sign up on your platform, you can use Zapier's integration with Memberstack. Here's how you can set it up:

    1. Sign in to your Zapier account or create a new one if you don't have one already.
    2. Create a new Zap by clicking on the "Make a Zap" button.
    3. For the trigger app, search and select "Memberstack".
    4. Choose the trigger event "New Member".
    5. Connect your Memberstack account by following the prompts and authorizing Zapier to access your Memberstack data.
    6. Test the trigger to make sure it's working correctly.
    7. For the action app, search and select "Azure Active Directory".
    8. Choose the action event that corresponds to adding a new user to your Azure Open Directory.
    9. Connect your Azure Active Directory account by following the prompts and authorizing Zapier to access your Azure Open Directory.
    10. Set up the required fields and map the data from Memberstack to the corresponding fields in Azure Active Directory.
    11. Test the action to make sure it's working correctly.
    12. Turn on your Zap to start automatically adding new members to your Azure Open Directory.

If you're having trouble connecting or setting up the Zap, I recommend checking the Zapier documentation for specific instructions on integrating with Azure Active Directory. You can also reach out to Zapier support for further assistance.
