A refresh is required when updating via Zapier. It is sometimes possible with Make though. The key is being able to access the webhook response - which is something Zapier does not allow

Is there a way to update users custom fields via importing cvs file?
Hey Olha Shulha, I believe import tool is meant to add new members and while doing that custom fields will also get imported. But they are likely not gonna be useful to update the existing members as per the documentation.
There is an article which shares a custom code solution to bulk update members if you prefer that. Or if you have stored users data somewhere and you don't mind spending some operations, you could try having a one-time sync between your data and Memberstack custom fields via Make / Zapier. Hope this helps.
