Exclusive content for individual users Answered
Hello guys 🙂 Question: I need to set up a system where each user, upon logging in, will have a unique link that, when clicked, redirects them to a specific page containing content exclusively for that user. I have configured the different redirects using custom fields. Essentially, there will be a single link called “Click Here,” but it will lead to a different page for each user.
However, at the moment, all these pages are accessible to anyone who knows their complete URLs. To prevent unauthorized access, I have implemented gate content for each page, granting access based on specific plans, with each plan assigned to one user. But, this approach requires creating a plan for each user and setting up gate content for each page. I’m wondering if there’s a more efficient way to achieve this.
If you need more details, a loom video, please let me know.
Thank you.
Tyler Bell Duncan Hamra I’m enjoying a lot your platform. Great job! 😄

What sort of content are you providing exclusively to each user? I’m no pro, but that’s probably something the pros are going to ask 😅
If set up correctly, since all your user data is populated by custom fields they should only be able to see their own data even if they land on someone else’s profile URL. Even if you have someone magically end up on someone else’s profile I’d recommend adding a hidden field that passes the member ID through so you can cross reference it with your user profile so that make/zapier won’t trigger if they’re trying to change a member’s info that isn’t theirs.
I’m no pro, but this is how I’ve set mine up.
Also, Al Mazlin asks a good question, what data are you trying to provide each user and where is that data originating from? A Webflow CMS or Memberstack fields?
Thank you, guys. Al Mazlin Shadi null The content is text: heading, paragraphs. And the data is originating from Webflow CMS.
I can’t say if I set up or not correctly 😅 still learning.
In my case, I’m using the link generated for each item of the CMS Collection. Shadi null So you are saying that the way you did it you needed another plugin, Zapier, is it?
Cintia Antunes actually yesterday Julian Galluzzo introduced me to a template he built a while ago that sounds perfect for you.
Julian essentially checks if someone submitted a review to check if they are allowed to leave another review, you can use a similar system to expose content ONLY if the member ID matches the content Owner ID.
Here’s his project template, I believe it’s perfect for what you need. Just replace the function from targeting reviews to targeting content.

The section you want to focus on and study is the “reviews” cms template. He has a video on the live site you can watch where he breaks down how it works.
You won’t even need zapier or make to manage to visibility. Tho populating the cms data is up to your preferred method
Thank you Shadi null 😉 Going to check
