How to offer a free month to recurring subscribers using Memberstack's pause feature? Answered

Hi you all guys!

First of all, CONGRATS to the Memberstack team, the product keeps getting better every day. 👏

A have a quick question:
I would like to give a month for free to an existing recurrent paid user.

If I pause the subscription as indicated in this article (https://docs.memberstack.com/hc/en-us/articles/11027631018011-How-to-Pause-a-Subscription), and select the “Mark invoices uncollectible” option, I understand that the user will not be charged until the time I indicate there but will still have access to the gated content associated with that plan, right?

    Can you confirm then? The user does NOT lose access during this pause period 🙂
