How to properly switch Memberstack from test to live mode when it's stuck in test mode on a live domain?

Hey guys ! I’m stuck in Test Mode
Cant get out of it
Anyone that have had the same problem?

Hi Sam,

Sorry for the challenge you're facing. Just prefix www. to your live domain in the settings section on your Memberstack Dashboard, then Save. The test mode badge will disappear afterward.

However, if you're still having issues with this, kindly send me your live website URL so I can look into it.

Hello I had the same problem so went to change the www too and yes the badge disapeared, BUT now it seems I can not signup login and log out anymore it infinite loop can you help me solve it please ? Chukwudi

Anyone knows what I'm doing wrong here? I've added my live domain and when I go to create an account on that domain it still shows the test mode block and it creates an account in the test members not the live

I fixed it. It needed www. after the https://

I am working on a client account and I have everything setup using Zapier and everything works fine in test mode.

Now we have added our custom domain and we are live but all new accounts still goes to test mode. I have changed the API key to the live secret key, but everything still goes to test mode.

I have checked everything and now I don't know where to look. I am testing from the Live domain. Can anyone help me here.

Hi, are you using zapier for custom sign up, if so then it will probably the API key part, probably it's still selected to the test version.
