How to disable Memberstack's test mode badge without losing user accounts?

Hey guys, I've got this 'test mode' badge popping up and I can't get rid of it. Can anyone help?

You need to switch it to live mode.

Thanks for the screenshot! You just need to add a “www.” in front of your website. It will remove the test label 💪

Hii, I'm wondering what will happen when I turn off test mode on memberstack? Will people who had accounts on test modes will still have their access? Also, I tried turning it off for like a couple of minutes, but when I entered website, it sitll showed Memberstack test mode badge

Hi Karolis,

When you turn off test mode in Memberstack, the following happens:
1. User Access: Users who created accounts while in test mode will still retain their access to your site. However, when you switch to live mode, they won't be able to log in as they have to sign up as live members. Other than that, they can only log in when your site is in test mode.
2. Test Mode Badge: If you're still seeing the test mode badge after turning it off, it might be due to caching issues or the changes not being fully propagated. Sometimes, it can take a moment for the changes to take effect, or you may need to clear your browser cache or refresh the page.
If you continue to see the test mode badge after a reasonable amount of time, I recommend checking your settings again to ensure it's in Live mode and if the issue persists, please send me your App ID.
