Can someone help me with with Google Sign-in authentication for users? I’ve set up everything that was mentioned in the tutorials, but after the user signs up using Google authentication, I can only see their email address. How can I also get the user’s name? Duncan Hamra

    Hello Andre 👋🏻
    hm, we’ll need to add this to our product wishlist. Other than name was there any other information you wanted to get?

    Andre Lutter Do you have any custom fields setup to capture the person’s name? If so, can you share a picture of them in your memberstack dashboard? I have a feeling they don’t exactly match the name fields we support today.

    Duncan from Memberstack If the name is already filled out in Google SSO can’t we just retrieve it? Kind of like Linkedin’s first-name and other info. But I don’t know anything about Google SSO 🤷‍♀️

    Jayess I had the same understanding that the data, including the name and email address, is automatically retrieved. Duncan Hamra could you please clarify what custom name fields are supported, i can change them
    Current fields:
    Vorname = first name
    Nachname = name

    Hey Duncan Hamra can you help to clarify what custom name fields are supported?

    Ahh yup, that’s the issue. Memberstack can only detect english right now 🤔
    Tyler Bell if I gave you a list of “fist name” “last name” “name” etc. translated into like 100 languages… could we add that? haha or should we start just a few?
