Seeking Help: Creating a Webflow Sign-up Form with Multiple Price Options for Donations Answered
Hi All! 👋
I’m reaching out to the amazing Memberstack community for some assistance, and I’d be extremely grateful for any help you can offer. I’m currently working on a project for a non-profit center that’s utilizing Memberstack to manage community members. We’re a bit stuck and could use your expertise!
Here’s our challenge: We want to enable new members to choose their preferred ongoing donation amount for their membership. Ideally, we’d like to create a form with multiple buttons, each assigned to different price options, all within a single plan called “Supporting Members.” However, it seems that we can only have one button to submit the form.
Additionally, we don’t want members to select a plan first. Instead, we’d like them to fill out the form and choose their donation amount as the final step.
So, my question is: Is it possible to create a sign-up form in Webflow that includes an option to select from multiple prices for donations? If so, could you please guide me through the process or share any resources that might be helpful?
Thank you so much in advance for your time and help!

Hey Jesse!
This is totally possible, but it wouldnt be about form submits - I believe the best thing to do would be to have your signup process which would then redirect to a page with buttons for all price options which would have the data-ms-price:add attribute applied, and that would then take them to payments
Thanks Julian! That may be a good solution. I’ll try that 🙂
