How to sell individual videos on Webflow using Memberstack without requiring a membership subscription? Answered
Hello,
My client requires a Webflow site which can sell Videos on an individual basis. Ie per unit rather than as part of a membership. Of course visitors would need to be able to log in and watch any videos they have purchased as well as having the option to purchase more. Does anyone know if this functionality is available in Memberstack?
Many thanks,
Dave

Hey Dave 👋 Thanks for posting your question.
I'm happy to share that what you want to do IS possible in Memberstack. Each video will need to have its own Plan & Price. And each video will need to be gated individually.
How many different videos does your client want to sell?
Hey Duncan,
Thanks for your reply. Currently the client only has around 12 videos (they are high ticket however) and is adding roughly one per month.
Would it also be possible to sell a membership that gave access to every video? That's currently the clients business model - selling individual videos alongside full access memberships.
I'm assuming that this set up would be dev work heavy - or would the client be able to add and gate new content themselves?
Many thanks for any more info you can give me,
Dave
Hey Dave 👋 That all makes total sense.
These are great questions. Do let me know if any more come up 😁
Hey Duncan,
Thanks for this - it's very helpful and quite promising.
My client has also asked about including a widget which displays a numerical value for each member. This is a "score" from 1 - 60 which the member gains over time by completing the video courses as well as by completing off-line actions.
I'm unsure exactly how this score will be calculated / created but lets say for the purposes of this question that the client keeps the scores updated manually in the webflow CMS.
Would it be possible to display this score on a page unique to each member?
If that's not possible, can the score be held and updated within memberstack and then displayed in this manner?
Thanks again for your help,
Dave
