Payment then Sign Up Answered
Hello everyone.
I'm interested about Memberstack but i have a question.
Let's said i have a pricing page on my website like DesignJoy : https://www.designjoy.co/
When we click on "Get Started" we go directly to the checkout page. Is it possible with Memberstack?
Someone told me that with Memberstack, the process is like this :
Click on "Get Started" -> Create an account -> Pay
Tell me.. Thank you.

Hi Hugo 👋 Thanks for posting your question.
I can confirm that an account is required to checkout. The flow is Get started → Create an account → Pay
Thank you. So it's not possible to Pay then Signup ?
That is correct. Members must first signup and then pay.
Hi,
The flow, as mentioned at the answer above is Get started → Create an account → Pay
I was wondering if there are extra steps between Create an account and Pay.
For example, a customer has to
Create an account -> verify his account -> and then pay
or is he
creating an account -> Paying -> Verifying his acount.
Verifying an account is the process of checking his inbox -> opening the email -> pressing verify button.
The verification step takes place after purchase 👍 mimis
Duncan from Memberstack Is there anyway around this?
That designjoy as a great sign up flow. Creating an account before you pay is an extra click that does decrease conversions.
+1 on this — DesignJoy seems to promote Memberstack but has a flow that's unavailable to other users 🤔
