How to redirect Memberstack users to login page instead of showing "You already have this plan" error when they're already registered? Planned

When a user is already logged in and tries to access again, a popup comes up saying "You already have this plan".

It does make sense since I'm supposedly logged in already, but can Memberstack make it so that the Login page automatically redirects you if you are already logged in? Same when you click "Log in" in the Sign-Up form, the same popup appears.

Fran This is a great idea! Let me see if Julian Galluzzo or I could test the waters with some custom code first.

To confirm, if the member is already logged in then:
    1. trigger login redirect when the "you already have this plan" error would normally appear
    2. Trigger login redirect when the "you are already logged in" error would normally appear

    Do I have that right?

Hey Duncan from Memberstack how are you! Appreciate your response so much!

That's exactly right! I was able to achieve something pretty similar with the help of this article! But that happens automatically and it'd be cool for it to trigger only when you click on the login button instead of the popup.

Thank you so much for all the help!

    Hey Fran!

Looking into a custom solution for this - one question I have for you is what would the reason be to do this instead of just hiding the login button for logged in users?

    Looking forward to hearing back!

Is there any update on this?

On my home page when a member clicks on their plan I would like either the error message to say "You already have this plan. Please Login" or for it to automatically take them to the login page instead of displaying an error message.

To clarify this is for the members who have already signed up and go back to my homepage and click their plan again in an attempt to log in, but get the error message "You already have this plan"

Hi! I am having this issue while logged out. I am trying to create test accounts, but I get the "you already have this plan" error when using completely new information to create the account. I'm a bit stumped on what to do.

Hey Duncan! I figured it out.... my logout button wasn't functioning properly. I rebuilt and it works now. I guess I really wasn't logged out fully.
