Multiple Free Tiers Answered

Hi, I have multiple free tiers in my memberstack account and I'm struggling to get it to work - I keep getting "invalid email error" when trying to test my second free tier. Could you help? I've looked everywhere on the site and checked and double checked all of my custom attributes but I can't resolve it. I am using webflow. Thanks!

Luca Montalti +1 to what Josh said.
If you could send a link to your site so we can test and/or share a video showing off the issue that would be suuuuper helpful. 🙏

Thank you! https://greenupmarketplace.webflow.io/customer-join-us this is the link and if you attempt to sign up, you get an error alluding to duplicate email address. I have two tiers set up on member stack one works fine but the other one has the error. thanks

    Hey Luca 👋

I ran you signup form through our new public form testing tool and got this error:

Looks like you need to update the attribute on the form. Let me know if I an provide any additional instruction 🙏 I'm been meaning to make a video for this since it's somewhat confusing.

Hi Duncan, thanks so much for replying. I have had a look at your feedback but I didn't have any references to paid plans. That being said, given it's free and the article mentions therefore that I don't actually need a plan, I have removed all references to any form of plan but I'm still getting the invalid email error even though I'm sure that the emails I am using are not invalid. I have also re-run the test tool and it said it couldn't find any errors. Could it be because my form is inside of a component?

    Hey Luca Montalti 👋

Maybe it has something to do with the plan attribute on the form submit button 🤔 Can you remove that for me?

I also recommend clearing your cookies and your browser cache. Or try signing up in an incognito browser. Sometimes it takes a minute for all the settings to clear during setup. Thanks for explaining the issues in detail! Makes the whole debugging process much more simple.
