How to set up custom Stripe pricing plans for bulk agency user signups? Answered
We are looking to onboard some agencies which may want to sign up multiple agents at once and we want to offer custom pricing plans for them, how do we go about doing that? Note We are using Stripe.

1. Is your pricing predictable (i.e. $10/seat) or does it vary by the client?
2. How many custom plans are you creating each month?
3. Is there gated content associated with these plans?Â
My initial reaction is that it might make sense to only use Memberstack for the accounts and then use Stripe for the billing 🤔 This would save you some money on the % fees. But that cost/benefit analysis really depends on the number of customers you're working with and what you are using Memberstack for.Â

Thanks for your email.
1. The pricing will vary based on the client.
2. At this stage 2 - 3 but hopefully we can ramp that up as we grow.
3. There will be gates content associated with these plans, it will follow the same setup as our Real Estate Agent Plan, but just with different pricing.
I believe we are already using Stripe for billing, so shouldn't be too much of a hassle with the setup.

Our official Team Accounts feature is still in the research phase, so I can't promise a native solution just yet.Â
The next best solution I can recommend requires a bit of manual work. Since you've managing a handful of clients at the start, I recommend creating a custom price for each client, inviting their team on free accounts, and then setting a reminder to update permissions when the plan renews (or is cancelled).
If everything pans out as I hope, we'll have automated team account functionality right around the time manually updating accounts gets annoying!
I know this is a work around so no hard feelings if you decide to try something else. Either way, I hope this answer is helpful!
