Memberstack support stuffed up 1.0 to 2.0 migration Answered
Posting this here in the hope that we can get something resolved, or someone has any advice.
We are swapping from Memberstack 1.0 to 2.0. Followed all the instructions on the support articles with our web developer. Get to the part of changing over the subscription, Memberstack support sends me the invoice to pay then proceeds to cancels both subscriptions - so now the site has been down for 2 days with no help from them.
Any advice?

Oh no! It sounds like something got mixed up (on our end) along the way.
Let's get this resolved ASAP. I just followed up with support to reach out and schedule a call. I think doing it live will be the fastest way to get this fixed.
Also, I just set up a subscription on your 1.0 and 2.0 accounts.
Can you check to see if members are able to log in again? I'll be reworking a few of our processes after this.
Thanks for your help Duncan. We managed to get it all working and migrated to 2.0.
Fantastic!!! I just tested your site and found one more thing that needs to be updated ASAP.
TLDR: you'll want to change the attribute on your signup button. It should be data-ms-price:add="prc_weekly-membership-livestream-pilates-classes-online-workout-library-j48h0ihn" instead of data-ms-plan:add.

Posting again here as not getting any help from support (again).
After zooming them with yesterday they agreed to fix the memberstack plan pricing we were incorrectly charged - since then the account is active, but no memberstack plan is applied, so we can't see active members - the message says "A Basic Plan is required to add real members.". Yet users can login.
Keep getting stupid suggestions from support like... "import your members". Need someone to sort this out... and provide some basic training to support staff!
Hi Stephanie.
I’ll be back to my office in about 1 hour. As soon as I’m back I’ll get this working for you 🙂
