How to choose between Zapier and Make.com for email and text automation flexibility?

Hi !
We use both Zapier and Make.com internally. Would you have a recommendation for which to use for more flexibility around email & text automations?
Are you supporting one more than the other?

Hey Chuck 👋 I usually go for Make since it’s most flexible and most cost effective. However there are some things that Zapier does better. We have an active subscription with both.
