[Wishlist] Charge a member directly from the dashboard

1) The problem → I occasionally need to charge members, but I don't want to create a plan to do it. There's no way to initiate a charge via the dashboard at this time.

2) Why is this important → I could easily bill my members for hourly work, random up charges, and anything else right through Memberstack! That would save me a lot of time and hassle.

3) What's your plan B → Initial the charge in Stripe. This isn't perfect though, because the charge doesn't show up in the member's profile.

4) Possible solutions we could build for you → A more simple (user-friendly) version of the Stripe dashboard.
