How to understand what activities are considered actions under the 25 per second rate limit?
hey the support team told me the rate limit is 25 actions per second - what counts as an action? a login? requesting a password reset, setting a new password?

yes those are actions. I have never hit the limit with all the testing I have done.
I believe that is also 25 actions per second per ip address as well.
