[Wishlist] Invite Team Members through a link

Went to add a team member so she could get to work setting it up. Added her email address. Got this error message:
Aargh! Why are you doing this to customers??
The way this works on Shopify, Highrise, and every other site, is the owner provides the person's email (sometimes also their name), and the site sends the person an invitation link so they can provide a password.
You are saying they need to create an account first. An account in the same site? A general memberstack account? You do not say. Even if you did say, that means instead of being able to invite them and have them up and running in a minute, I need to send them an email, tell them what is going on, tell them how to create an account (I do not even know), have them do that, then they send me an email to let me know they did it, and it gets buried among hundreds of daily emails so I probably will not see it until tomorrow, and then I have to go back to your site again to add them. So, your current UX delays us by a day, wastes my time, and wastes her time.
Don't do that to your customers! That is a really bad UX and a really bad way to onboard a new customer.
