[Wishlist] Searching through custom field

This feature is important to me in order to use en "Open ID Connect" : in my case our clients are doctors that have a official number (called "RPPS") which is unique to them.

 

They are use to connect with it, that is why I would like to be able to search a user via "RPPS number" (a custom field in my Memberstack).
