Memberstack as identity provider for Auth0 integration

Memberstack can now act as an identity provider through Custom SSO (Authentication → Custom SSO). It uses standard OpenID Connect, so you can add it to Auth0 as an OpenID Connect connection.

This feature is not currently scheduled for development.
Auth0 is our only Identity Provider and this is mission critical for us to use Memberstack
