[Wishlist] Automatically populate Stripe invoices with user information for legal requirements

[This post was migrated from our old community roadmap]

1) The problem → Be able to add user information to the invoice.
2) Why is this important → can't accept payment legally if i don't send invoice after purchase to my clients (with First name + Last Name + address + city + cp + country)
3) What's your plan B → Use zapier to update stripe.
4) Possible solutions we could build for you → A way to be able to add my user's information in to the Invoice in some way

Memberstack now sends the member's name to Stripe when it creates their Stripe customer. It uses the first of these custom fields that has a value: name, then first-name + last-name, then firstName + lastName, then fullName, then full-name. The name is set when the Stripe customer is first created, so changing a member's name later won't update it in Stripe. In Settings → Stripe you can also turn on billing address and tax ID collection at checkout, so those details show up on Stripe invoices.
