[Wishlist] Redirect after set plan to cancel? Planned

Much as we can choose to redirect after signup/login, has anyone found a solution (or is there something on the MS roadmap) to do something after a user sets their subscription to cancel?

I wonder if anyone has managed to find a way to redirect with JS or something similar after a user cancellation.

We are looking for a solution similar to this as well.

The reason we are wanting this is to...

    1. Track when a member cancels through analytics better, currently the only way is to dig through stripe? or get notified after the cancelation is completed/churned.
    2. Give the member an opportunity to give us feedback as to why they canceled.

Robby Branham you can set up Integromat / Zapier to get a notification as soon as the user sets their subscription to cancel at the end of the billing period. This solves your first point.

Alastair Budge to clarify, we are looking for a way to see the event of canceling, rather than seeing the end of a billing cycle.

Are you saying that integromat had a way to do that?

We have tried zapier, but the notification happens at the end of a billing cycle.

Robby Branham yes. It should work in Zapier too.

The event is in stripe, it's something like customer.subscription.updated And cancelatperiodend = true

It is for when a user sets to cancel, not when the period is up.
