How to create a dynamic button link that pulls a user-specific URL from Memberstack data?

Member signs in ➔ goes to dashboard ➔ clicks on link specific to the user - URL pulled from data-ms-member ➔ link opens in new tab

Is there a way to do this? If it involves code, does anyone have an example they could provide? I have a Zapier account and use it for many things if that could be useful with this.

The button attribute is set correctly to the URL from MS, but I can't figure out a way to make it act as a link.
