[Wishlist] Credit Based Model Completed
1) The problem → I'm looking forward to creating a Saas with a credit system, where the user purchases a Stripe product that gives him X amount of credits, those credits are uploaded to some "credits purchased" table, then the user can use the service and each time he consumes the service one credit is deducted, and so on until he reaches 0, then he can't consume the service anymore.
2) Why is this important → I want to be able to charge credit usage
3) What's your plan B → I would need a developer for this to possibly build it out
4) Possible solutions we could build for you → Please create something for credit system! Like Classpass

Happy Tuesday! I just finished up a tutorial on how to do it 🥳
In the tutorial, I walk through the creation of a credit or token system using Make, Webflow, and Memberstack. You'll learn how to set up a system where users can purchase, view, and redeem credits.
Love this idea!!
I think our initial solution to this will rely on custom code + the Memberstack APIs.
I will post an update when we are able to make some progress here.
Jayess I'm thinking about building this as a SaaS product that integrates with Memberstack, Outseta, and Webflow, so people can embed it into their own sites. Idea is that I provide an embeddable payment widget where people can buy credits in either bulk or as a subscription, and then provide APIs that allow credits to be deducted or to determine a user's remaining credits.
Would built this via Stripe, so the money gets sent directly to the site owner's Stripe account.
Is this something you'd be open to discussing?
I would love to hear more about your solution 👍

Hi guys, I'm working on an SaaS product offering and would like to incorporate tokens or other usage limiting tool into our product. Any updates on this topic?
Jeff Newton Thanks for posting! If you haven't already, I recommend checking out the Code Snippets section of our docs. We have lots of little tutorials on how to limit access to content.
We don't have a "simple" solution for tokens yet though.
