Hey Jonathan 👋 They'll need to update their credit card details via the Stripe billing portal. You'll want to create a button for them to update their info using the attribute data-ms-action=”customer-portal”
Thanks. I've also tried editing the customer portal within stripe in order to hide the 'Cancel subscription' button, however it still shows when opening the customer portal using the data attibute - is the customer portal functionality set when using the the attribute or is there something else I need to do? (the style of the customer portal can still be edited in Stripe)
Hey Jonathan đź‘‹ I believe that's a setting that only Memberstack can control. That is, until we create some configuration options via the data attribute (like you mentioned).
For now, it's not possible to hide the cancel button in the billing portal.Â
