I was wondering if we were able to create a user account section to the Webflow site in Memberstack and to connect Memberstack to a PHP built CRM that way?

Yes. Your PHP CRM can use the Memberstack Admin REST API with your secret key to create, update and look up members and to add or remove free plans. It can also receive webhooks when members sign up or their plans change.
Thank you for posting! I'll need more information about the "user account section" and the "PHP built CRM" before I can answer this fully.
In the meantime, I can confirm that Memberstack works best in Webflow, but will also work anywhere you can load the MS header script + add data attributes.
