How to use Memberstack as identity provider for Softr site and Circle community with single sign-on across platforms? Answered

I'm interested in using Memberstack to manage memberships for a site + community (one sign in, 2 systems). E.g. as an Identity provider (IdP). However, I don't use Webflow or custom React - the main site is built with Softr (no-code tool).

What I'd like to do is have sign-up, sign-in, paid plans, account mgt etc. as embedded widgets in Softr blocks if possible. Today I use the Softr user management functionality but it's very basic and won't support me logging in once and getting to my community site (circle.so). I would move all of my users to Memberstack and keep my Softr site and add Circle...

Is this posible?

Hey John 👋 I don't have any experience using Softr myself 🤔 I'm afraid I won't be very helpful in that regard.

I can share a link to our custom SSO integration tutorial which could be helpful to you. Is there a simple prototype you could build to start testing things? If you run into any blockers along the way I'd be happy to help get you unblocked.

Hey Everyone. Is there a setup guide to install Memberstack without Webflow?

Hey Hey Dude, there is a guide on how to integrate Memberstack to Vanilla JS environment / React app, that you can check out.

You can also take a look at the Developer docs, if you want to check out more detailed custom approaches & use-cases.
