How did Memberstack decide to sunset the Circle community platform?

Out of curiosity, why did y'all sunset the Circle community for memberstack?  Seems like that was a valuable place for cultivating community conversation. Maybe y'all didn't have the internal capacity to moderate?

    Hey, Devin 👋 Thanks for asking. 

    A couple reasons, but these are the 3 biggest reasons:

    1. The help center and community were on 2 different platforms.
    2. There was no built-in system for triaging tickets in Circle. 
    3. And the SEO is terrible.

    Once we released Memberstack 2.0, we decided to consolidate everything in Zendesk... we will never switch again 🤣 The process of switching is a nightmare.
