[Wishlist] [☑️ Partially completed] Circle UX Improvements Completed
1) Current problems:
- My members have to login twice when accessing Circle.
- Circle's SSO modal doesn't have the option to "sign up here" like in the Login Modals
- When users try and login to Circle using the Memberstack SSO page there's no "forgot password" button. This is particularly bad for our sign up flow, where they create an account on our domain and then have to login on a different domain and so password managers won't share the password across.
2) I want my UX to be as seamless as possible. Every additional step is another source of confusion, drop off, and support.
3) What's plan B? Wait for this to be fixed, and explain how it works to my members so they aren't super confused.
4) Possible solutions:
- Don't require members to login twice.
- To be able to create an account from Circle's SSO modal

The double-login issue has been improved but still persists. Please let us know if this is still an issue for you.
The forgot password problem has been solved 🎉
We've also recently added a "Create an account" link for members who don't have login creds. Please contact us if you need this feature.
his is an incredibly pressing issue. I'm just realizing this is a consistent problem... and is likely the key reason I have low engagement on the platform. I'm seeing a huge drop off from sign up to log in process.
Yes, I have noticed this as well. I watched someone sign up, and after creating their account, had to login TWICE. For a total of 3 times. Is this a known issue, or something I've done incorrectly? Super painful process right now.
Requires front-end work: We need to know their production URL.
Backend work:
Slightly secure: Go to our site, and redirect to Circle.
Hacky: configure redirect URI to pass data directly to their site.
Probably 5 hours?
Circle needs to add a field on their end: they haven't added it... and they can't add it until we're ready. And we can't release it until they're ready.
Our platform is losing close to 30% of our users on visits where they have to login twice, back to back. This is a huge priority for us, and is affecting the bottom line of our business in a meaningful way
