Apple Pay

Memberstack users can accept Apple Pay on the web in Safari starting with iOS 10 or macOS Sierra.

Apple pay is enabled by default. The "Apple Pay" button will appear Anytime a customer launches the checkout while using an Apple device.

One-time Payments

To use Apple Pay for one-time payments, you'll need to navigate to the Stripe Settings page in your dashboard.

From there, click the toggle next to "Enable iDEAL for one-time payments.” This will fix the issue for both iDEAL and Apple Pay.

Errors and Issues

If you don't see Google Pay at the top of your checkout then please double check the following:

  • Make sure you are using Google Chrome on a device that supports Google Pay
  • Make sure you have a card saved in your Google Wallet
  • Make sure the Google Chrome setting allow sites to check if you have payment methods saved is turned on.
  • Make sure you are not using an incognito window
  • Also note that Google Pay is not available in all countries, for example in India

If those tips do not solve your issue, please contact Stripe support. Memberstack settings do not effect Apple or Google pay. That's 100% controlled in Stripe.

Is this US only or can Apple Pay and Google Pay be used in the UK for GBP payments?

    Hello Duncan from Memberstack ,

It seems like now Apple Pay needs to have a file uploaded on my website on this location: ~/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association
Do you know how is it doable on Webflow ?

    Thanks

William de Broucker Good news! That document is unnecessary since Memberstack relies on Stripe's hosted checkout pages.

You may need to enable Apple Pay, but it's usually enabled by default. The "Apple Pay" button will appear Anytime a customer launches the checkout while using an Apple device.

If you do need to enable it for some reason, this article will show you how. https://docs.memberstack.com/hc/en-us/articles/14902908816795
