To open a new support ticket, follow these steps:
- Go to the Help Center here.
- Click on the "Submit Support Request" nav item on the top right of the page. If you do not see this in the navigation you may need to click on the "Sign in" nav item on the top right of the page.
- Fill out the form with all the correct info and make sure to provide a detailed description of the issue or challenge you're facing.
- Include any relevant screenshots or a loom video recording to help us understand the problem better.
- Submit the request.
Opening a new support ticket will prioritize and investigate your issue as soon as possible. Please provide as much information as possible to expedite the process and ensure a resolution to your problem.
