How to View a Member's Receipts and Invoices

You can easily access customer payment information (receipts and invoices) on Stripe.

  1. Log in to your Stripe account.
  2. Click Customers on the top menu.
  3. Scroll down the list and click a customer name to display account information.

Payment Receipts

On the Overview page, scroll down to Payments and locate a payment. Click the ellipsis and select View payment details. The next page displays the payment timeline, details, and method.


  • Optionally, click the email icon to send a digital version of the receipt.



On the Overview page, scroll down to Invoices. Click an invoice line to open the Billing page. The page displays invoice information and an event log.

  • Optionally, click a button to down the invoice or receipt (PDF).


That's it.

    Hi Memberstack Team, we sell our product both B2C and B2B. For B2B we need the company name to appear on the invoice. What is the best way to achieve this?

    We've created an additional custom field in Memberstack called "company name" which customers can fill in on the profile form but this isn't syncing to Stripe.
